* {{article|article name}} - brief explanation // ~~~~
Please keep whatever petty little persecution wars you believe you may have out of an entry of this magnitude, Chad. There is no "edit war" and there is no "sockpuppet" in place attempting any so-called "edit war." You have been informed on this prior to your posting in here; please stop trying to manipulate the Misplaced Pages administrators into doing your warped dirty work for you. It would be most appreciated. As for being "rude and confrontational in response," your behavior on Misplaced Pages speaks for itself, Mr. Hypocrite. You were told that any remarks you left on my talk page would be removed or reverted; there is even a statement at the top of the page stating so, and it has been there long before you decided to throw one of your cyber temper tantrums on Misplaced Pages again as you are doing today. --Eat At Joes 03:04, 24 February 2006 (UTC)
* The same user (User:Themepark) started removing AfD tags from World's Finest Shows. eLNuko 11:00, 19 February 2006 (UTC)
* The same user now (improperly - it still links to 'Conklin Shows')placed the AfD tag on Mountain Hardwear, an article that I created. CrypticBacon 11:12, 19 February 2006 (UTC)
  • Page blanking DRV discussion

User:MarkSweep is blanking in progress DRV discussions. See . When I reverted him, he threatened to ban me. Please make this stop--God of War 19:03, 17 February 2006 (UTC)

  • Pax Romana (edit | talk | history | protect | delete | links | watch | logs | views) - User Facedisplayer has vandalized this page 7 times today. He or she has also vandalized numerous other pages in the last few days. User has no contributions other than vandalism. — Bill W. (Talk) (Contrib)  –  February 17, 2006, 04:01 (UTC)
    • Same user is still vandalizing this page several times a day. Can't anyone do anything? Am I not following the right process to report this??— Bill W. (Talk) (Contrib)  –  February 18, 2006, 03:02 (UTC)
    • I'm not convinced Facedisplayer is intending vandalism here. He/she wants to contribute material on band called Pax Romana, and doesn't seem to have heard of disambiguation, or the concept that two quite different things with the same name need separate articles.—Copey 2 14:08, 18 February 2006 (UTC)

Twthmoses (talk · contribs · deleted contribs · nuke contribs · logs · filter log · block user · block log) repeatedly deletes material from Flemming Rose page despite requests from numerous users. He appears to have an anti-immigrant and anti-Muslim agenda. Catstail

  • Catstail (talk · contribs · deleted contribs · nuke contribs · logs · filter log · block user · block log) and possible associated numerous anonymous Ips, has for seven days repeatedly inserted unverifiable and un-sourced information on the Flemming Rose page. Asked repeatedly to source them, he ignores it and continues to insert it. Twthmoses 08:59, 16 February 2006 (UTC)
  • NiMUD (edit | talk | history | protect | delete | links | watch | logs | views) - User:Atari2600tim continually reverts edits without any reason other than to revert to his own version, doesn't cite and fails to heed warnings against his vandalism by many users who are working on that page. We're fed up with it and request he be banned from editing the article. We've given him 7 warnings. he reverts the page daily to his own version, doesn't add anything, and fails to cite when he does, often overwriting already cited texted or just plainly vandalizing the page back to his own version out of vanity. He's been exploiting the 3RR rule by creating revision wars and then requesting others be banned who stick up for the article's progress. His version that he keeps reverting to is over two weeks old and is not nearly as extensive nor concise. He cites rules like "article length" which is not a Wiki rule. // 151.201.48.208 02:45, 16 February 2006 (UTC)
    • Presumably, admin actually do look at stuff before randomly banning people based on what some anon person says. This report is a retaliatory accusation based on the 3RR reports which I made against him and his sock puppets. A few days ago he violated 3RR as Eggster and an IP, got banned for 24 hours, got proven to be the same person via CheckUser, then created a new user name and went onto another IP at the same computer lab, and violated 3RR by doing 4 reverts on the 14th and at least 4 more on the 15th. Please point out what you feel is vandalism, as the admin don't have time to look at every edit of mine and try to figure out which one you think is vandalism. The temporary lack of discussion on the talk page may have had something to do with when you blanked the talk page. Also, the "article length" edits have all been by you; all of my own edits have been discussed and supported on the talk page, while none of yours have been. Atari2600tim (talkcontribs) 12:37, 16 February 2006 (UTC)
    • 151.201.48.208 is the vandal. He's the only user on the page using multiple socks and continually makes really dumb mistakes in signatures and then redits them with different user names. He's even reverted an Admin on the page in question. Surely this report is retaliation for multiple reports of 3RR violations on his part. See Jlambert 13:45, 16 February 2006 (UTC)
  • Calvin and Hobbes (edit | talk | history | protect | delete | links | watch | logs | views) - Over the past month or two, there has been a repeated effort to change the setting to "western New York" by a number of registered and unregeistered users. The registered user (there may be more than one) seems to have registered the account specifically to edit this page. There is verified source material (the West interview) that specifically describes the setting as "midwestern" in character. Other than a constant edit-revert stalemate, something should be done. Thank you. // Avi 15:22, 15 February 2006 (UTC)
  • Speed limit (edit | talk | history | protect | delete | links | watch | logs | views) - Taors has repeatedly vandalized speed limits with pointless statements along the lines of "If you push it to the limit, your safety is not guaranteed." Here are several occasions where this statement has been added:
Note that the last four edits were done anonymously, but since they contain almost the exact same wording as the edit made by Taors, it almost certain they are by the same person. // Nova SS 14:44, 15 February 2006 (UTC)
Further note: many of this user's contributions are outright vandalism. See the user's contributions page. Nova SS 17:21, 15 February 2006 (UTC)
This seems to be an internet meme and there are a bunch of anons (probably multiple people) doing it. See edit histories for Limit, Limit (mathematics), Limit of a function, etc., and the contrib history for the IP's vandalizing those pages. Phr 02:17, 16 February 2006 (UTC)
  • I dont want to name names, but what is going on at the dental amalgam controversy page is straight up ridiculous. Phantom edits, difussed accountability, research denials, random vandalism - you name it, this topic has seen it. I have tried my best to research and fix that article - whenever I post changes they just always gets removed. There is so much hatred on each side of the issue. That page needs to be re-written in consultation with some serious established wikipedia people to give it the credibility that I do not have. I would still be willing to help if you can get this vandalism to stop. Staypuftman 23:55, 13 February 2006 (UTC)
  • Cuba (edit | talk | history | protect | delete | links | watch | logs | views) (and some other related articles) --repeated professional vandalism (and POV vio) by user:205.240.227.15. User bases edits on sites such as cuban dissident websites (how really terrible), and biased sites such as worldnetdaily.com (absolutely shocking). Also has sourced reputable sites, but source does not actually apply to the particular anti-communist snip (sure you guys rarely can read Spanish well). In progress for a few years now (no way) .03:29, 11 February 2006 (UTC) My crimes seem to be to correct pro-Castro POV and to know and write far more precisely about Cuba than my critics. This, is logical since I grew up and was educated there and served in Castro's forces in the mountains and the plains. This circumstance irritates those who are engaged in promoting a pro-communist pro-Castro agenda. El Jigüe 2-12-06

New info: Lately he has also been loging in as Redkane (talk · contribs · deleted contribs · nuke contribs · logs · filter log · block user · block log). The only vandalism is from RasputinAXP (talk · contribs · deleted contribs · nuke contribs · logs · filter log · block user · block log), who continues to blank a well-documented NPOV statement of fact from the Wayne Gretzky article, and has done so without ever responding on the talk page.-66.254.232.219 20:54, 16 February 2006 (UTC)
Molobo's style, eh? Go away, troll. --Ghirla | talk 11:20, 14 February 2006 (UTC)
Despite obviously being aware of the situation Ghirlandajo continues to vandalize the article russophobia by reposting the screenshot of fake box --81.31.160.4 12:06, 14 February 2006 (UTC)
This is not my private machine but a one publicy available here at the university and I'm not the one responsible for it's configuration, this is not about me but about a editor (or two no way for me to know) who vandalized a template in order to take a screenshot and post it to the article russophobia. If you take a look at the edits referenced above its crystal clear.
