As the article is a BLP and the BLP in question is opposed to how the article has been written, then it should be either corrected or deleted. I have tried to correct it, but OF does not appreciate and understand the changes that are required to be made, as some one whom has worked in and with the security services the word "informer" is not the correct term to be used. the word informer means "a person who informs against another, especially for money or other reward, and agent is "a person who acts in an official capacity for a government or private agency, as a guard, detective, or spy" There is a total difference in the two. I am not the first to have noticed this mistake and i am sure i will not be the last, however i am not going to be changing the text again untill i have all the evedance I need. But thank you any way Mo ainm..--] (]) 17:07, 4 March 2011 (UTC) |
