Story

The Iranian ship found laying mines that was bombed, boarded, and scuttled by the United States Navy and U.S. Navy SEALs on September 21, 1987 in Operation Prime Chance of the Iran-Iraq war.

The Iran Ajr was the focus of the most dramatic U.S. involvement in the Iran-Iraq war.
