Oxford Graduate School, located in Crystal Springs (Dayton) Tennessee, offers the Master of Letters (MLitt) degree in two tracks: Family Life Education and Organizational Leadership for Non-Profits, and the Doctor of Philosophy (DPhil) degree. The doctoral program is designed to teach social scientific research focused on the family, community, and the church (or a combination of these areas).

The academic program offers an interdisciplinary study through focused social science studies leading to a Master of Letters Degree and/or the Doctor of Philosophy (DPhil). The degree designations are based on English nomenclature.

Oxford Graduate School is presently a candidate for accreditation with the Transnational Association of Christian Colleges and Schools (TRACS).
