2011 New Orleans Saints season | |
---|---|
Owner | Tom Benson |
Head coach | Sean Payton |
Home field | Louisiana Superdome |
The 2011 New Orleans Saints season will be the franchise's 45th season in the National Football League, the 36th to host home games at the Louisiana Superdome and the sixth under head coach Sean Payton.
However, the playing of the 2011 NFL season is contingent upon the adoption of a new collective bargaining agreement (CBA) between the league owners and the National Football League Players Association, the players' labor union. There will be a work stoppage if there is no CBA in place, which may, depending on how long it lasts, shorten or cancel the entire season.

- † Indicates that games from Weeks 1–3 are subject to change, due to the ongoing NFL Lockout. If the regular season is delayed by the NFL Lockout, the Week 3 game vs. Houston would be re-scheduled to Week 11, which is the bye week for both the Saints and Texans, while games in Weeks 1–2 would be re-scheduled in January, at the end of the regular season.
- * Indicates that the game time is subject to change as a result of flexible scheduling.
