Colonel Wolodyjowski is the English title of the Polish film Pan Wołodyjowski, a historical drama directed by Jerzy Hoffman, released in 1968. The film is based on Fire in the Steppe, a novel by the Polish writer Henryk Sienkiewicz. The film was also serialized on Polish television, with the title The Adventures of Sir Michael (Polish: Przygody pana Michała).
The story is set during the Ottoman Empire's invasion of Poland in 1668-72.
