Kai Horstmann (born 21 September 1981) is an English Rugby Union player. Horstmann has proved himself an invaluable member of the Worcester Warriors since joining from Harlequins in May 2005. He has a contract with the club until 2012.

Horstmann is a firm favourite of both the players and supporters and was voted players player-of-the-year in the 2005/06 and 2006/07 seasons and managed a double in 2008/09 when he was voted both Club player-of-the-year and Players player-of-the-year. Horstmann has Captained the Warriors in the absence of Pat Sanderson and is considered a 'Talismanic' player and great team leader.
