Hello. In case you didn't know, when you add content to talk pages and Misplaced Pages pages that have open discussion, you should sign your posts by typing four tildes ( ~~~~ ) at the end of your comment. You could also click on the signature button or located above the edit window. This will automatically insert a signature with your username or IP address and the time you posted the comment. This information is useful because other editors will be able to tell who said what, and when. Thank you. --SineBot (talk) 00:12, 16 November 2011 (UTC)
Polish Armed Forces
Please stop your disruptive editing. If you continue to vandalize Misplaced Pages, you may be blocked from editing. Please do not remove sourced text without a detailed explanation, which you said you placed on the talkpage, but actually did not provide. Buckshot06 (talk) 21:18, 19 November 2011 (UTC)
- Honestly I am utterly agast at your message on my talkpage. Whether there is a 'History of the Polish Army' or not does not remove the need for a comprehensive history of the Polish Armed Forces as a whole, and the material I have been adding does not duplicate, but adds to the data on both pages. If there are errors I would invite you to add sourced text that rectifies the errors, rather than wholescale deletion of text that people spend significant amounts of time on. If you feel the text belongs elsewhere, by all means, move it there, but do not, please, remove sourced data from wikipedia! Again, I will warn you, if you removed sourced data without good reason, you will eventually end up blocked. Buckshot06 (talk) 22:19, 19 November 2011 (UTC)
- What poor editing do you see ?
- What factual errors?
- Where do you see information duplicated, bearing in mind that the vast majority of the information I've added recently is post-45, and completely uncovered elsewhere? (That is, NOT in Polish contribution to World War II, which deals much more with non-military subjects that the Polish Armed Forces article does not touch on.) Buckshot06 (talk) 22:22, 19 November 2011 (UTC)
- Please feel free to remove the unpurchased military equipment - I've got no problem with such changes.
- What do you mean about unfavourable photographs? Please be more specific - why do you think the perceptions induced might be negative? Buckshot06 (talk) 22:34, 19 November 2011 (UTC)
- You're interested in where I come from? I'm a New Zealander who has edited at least 50 of the national armed forces articles across wikipedia. My featured articles are Military of the Democratic Republic of the Congo and Russian Ground Forces, though the second has since been delisted. A-class articles are Armed Forces of Liberia and 51st Army (Soviet Union). I have also done a massive amount of editing on British and American subjects, but my priority is African armed forces articles - I've recently worked on National Armed Forces of Cote d'Ivoire and Republic of Sierra Leone Armed Forces, not to mention Guinea-Conakry, Mali, Egyptian Army, Mauritania, etc. I do a lot of work on Soviet rifle divisions as well. Does that answer your question?
- I would like to ask you, what is so negative about the picture you deleted? We have a bunch of smiling soldiers (unusual) holding their weapons. What's the problem? Are they not members of the Polish Armed Forces? Buckshot06 (talk) 10:10, 20 November 2011 (UTC)
Spychasky/Eisenhower picture
The reason I do not like the picture is that the page has too maany pictures for the amount of text, and this picture itself has very little to do with the Armed Forces. This was the least useful picture, and thus I removed it. Please do not imply or actually make personal attacks, or eventually you will be blocked - personal attacks are not allowed. Please do not remove content or templates from pages on Misplaced Pages, as you did to Blue Army (Poland), without giving a valid reason for the removal in the edit summary. Your content removal does not appear constructive, and has been reverted. Please make use of the sandbox if you'd like to experiment with test edits. Thank you. — Malik Shabazz /Stalk 02:25, 20 November 2011 (UTC)

This is your last warning. The next time you vandalize Misplaced Pages, as you did at Blue Army (Poland), you may be blocked from editing without further notice. — Malik Shabazz /Stalk 02:51, 20 November 2011 (UTC)

Your recent editing history at Blue Army (Poland) shows that you are in danger of breaking the three-revert rule, or that you may have already broken it. An editor must not perform more than three reverts on a single page within a 24-hour period. Undoing another editor's work—whether in whole or in part, whether involving the same or different material each time—counts as a revert. Breaking the three-revert rule often leads to a block.
If you wish to avoid being blocked, instead of reverting, please use the article's talk page to discuss the changes; work towards a version that represents consensus among editors. You can post a request for help at a relevant noticeboard or seek dispute resolution. In some cases, you may wish to request temporary page protection. You may still be blocked for edit warring even if you do not exceed the technical limit of the three-revert rule if your behavior indicates that you intend to continue to revert repeatedly. — Malik Shabazz /Stalk 03:34, 20 November 2011 (UTC)

You have been blocked from editing for a period of 48 hours for edit warring. Once the block has expired, you are welcome to make useful contributions. If you would like to be unblocked, you may appeal this block by adding the text{{unblock|reason=Your reason here ~~~~}}
, but you should read the guide to appealing blocks first.During a dispute, you should first try to discuss controversial changes and seek consensus. If that proves unsuccessful, you are encouraged to seek dispute resolution, and in some cases it may be appropriate to request page protection. T. Canens (talk) 10:11, 20 November 2011 (UTC)

Your message
Regarding the message you left me: You were blocked for 48 hours on November 20, but that block has expired. You should be able to edit any page except those that are "semi-protected". Unfortunately, vandalism has caused administrators to limit the ability to make changes to those pages to "autoconfirmed" editors (those who have been registered for four days and have made at least 10 edits). If you would like to change a semi-protected page, please make an "edit request" on the corresponding Talk page.
Regarding your dispute with Buckshot06, I recommend that you try the steps recommended at WP:Dispute resolution. Or, since the article in question is Poland-related, you might want to ask editors at WikiProject Poland for their thoughts on the matter. — Malik Shabazz /Stalk 21:22, 3 December 2011 (UTC)
Suggestions
Please consider creating and using a registered account. I think you raise some valid points, but note that Misplaced Pages has some elaborate procedures to prevent editors from edit warring and such, and it is not uncommon for new editors to find themselves being blocked for being a bit too active on controversial topics early in their wiki career. My suggestion is that if you find yourself deadlocked with another editor, ask for help. Two good places to do it - in addition to notifying other editors you see editing those subjects - are the relevant WikiProjects (linked from the templates on top of talk pages of most articles), and the generic WP:RFC. I'll look at the pictures in the Polish Army soon. --Piotr Konieczny aka Prokonsul Piotrus| talk to me 04:03, 4 December 2011 (UTC)
Talkback
Hello, 76.118.227.161. You have new messages at Milowent's talk page.You can remove this notice at any time by removing the {{Talkback}} or {{Tb}} template.
No personal attacks
Please note in response to your most recent talkpage message at User talk:W. B. Wilson, wikipedia prohibits personal attacks (WP:No Personal Attacks). You and I and Mr Wilson may have a disagreement about the use of a photo, and that's a subject for discussion - but not attacks on one's WP:Good Faith. PLEASE DO NOT MAKE INSINUATIONS OR OTHER PERSONAL ATTACKS - you are steering close to a block. Buckshot06 (talk) 13:31, 7 December 2011 (UTC)
Blocked
You have been blocked from editing for a period of one month for edit warring in the Polish Land Forces article, attempting to remove other editors comments asking you to stop from the article's talk page (eg, , ) and sock puppetry using this and the Microedt (talk · contribs) account (which I've also blocked). Once the block has expired, you are welcome to make useful contributions. If you would like to be unblocked, you may appeal this block by adding the text{{unblock|reason=Your reason here ~~~~}}
, but you should read the guide to appealing blocks first. Nick-D (talk) 10:09, 8 December 2011 (UTC)
Copyright infringment
To quote User:Noclador: "::: who uploaded this image: File:Ludowe Wojsko Polskie.jpg it was taken from this site: where a woman says she colored it! and that she took it from this Russian site: . Request reason:
The issue was vigorously debated, but I was not edit warring... Before I made the last changes to the Polish Land Forces page, I submitted my proposals for the new images on administrator's Piotrus talk page, and got the O.K. to add the new alternative photos. Also, I have an issue with how user Buckshot06 (who requested the blocking) is behaving. After the image he added to the Polish Armed Forces page was removed due to it being a questionable choice (agreed on by admin Piotrus), he immediately went to the Polish Land Forces page, and added it there instead. At that point I submitted my protest to administrator Piotrus directly, and requested permission to remove the image from the second page. I also left a short comment directing users to refer to the admin page for details as to why the images were changed (00:53, 8 December 2011 76.118.227.161). Finally, I did not remove user comments, I only removed the questionable photo which user Buckshot06 is adding to every page. Please see the change made on (01:42, 7 December 2011 76.118.227.161)... So, it appears that someone has greatly misrepresented my intentions... I do understand that I am a new user, and that I am not fully versed in all Wiki rules, but I clearly sought permission to remove the disputed image after it was moved to another page. Thus, I ask that my IP address, and newly created user ID Microedt be unblocked. 76.118.227.161 (talk) 00:36, 9 December 2011 (UTC)
