The 13 February 2012 attacks on Israeli diplomats involved a bomb explosion on an Israeli diplomatic car in New Delhi, India and a bomb being planted on a similar car in Tbilisi, Georgia. Two people were wounded in the New Delhi attack. The attacks came one day after the fourth anniversary of the assassination of Hezbollah commander Imad Mughniyeh. Hezbollah has since then vowed to avenge the attack by attacking Israelis overseas.
