Margaret Naumburg (14 May 1882 – 6 June 1961) was an United States psychologist and the creator of Art Therapy, the first major theoretician of art therapy which she named dynamically oriented art therapy, educator and author. Prior to working in Art Therapy, she founded the Walden School of New York City.
