What's a nice person like you doing in a place like this? Save yourself before it's too late.

This is Misplaced Pages, a collection of parts lists, product reviews, Pokemon trivia and dirty pictures, that has been accumulating since 2001. You can amuse yourself by making changes here, but most of them will be quickly undone by people with no social lives and low self esteem. You don't have to have a psychiatric diagnosis to change things here, but it never hurts.
This is your talk page, where bots will come to complain about your edits and where you will be notified of the wrath of self-appointed mall-cops, who will spout cryptic initialisms instead of English explanations. There are myriads of policy pages here, but since no-one is in charge, they are overlapping, contradictory and change faster than campaign promises after each poll. Reading them is a harmless diversion, but read the "talk pages" for each of these policies and weep for the human effort expended in vain.

Most of what you do here will be deleted, for reasons of reliability of information, copyright laws, or because some bored schoolboy in Singapore wants to talk about his newly-discovered manhood. Misplaced Pages is the result of the collective efforts of possibly millions of people, most of whom left after defacing a few pages. Due to the massively collaborative nature of this undertaking, no-one is actually responsible for anything, just like no one snowflake is responsible for the avalanche.

Feel free to contact me, but I've already given you the best advice I have in the above. --] (]) 16:21, 12 April 2012 (UTC)
