Ace of Spades is the fifth album by the British speed metal band Motörhead. It was released in 1980 and it is considered to be the best studio album by the band. It reached number 4 on the UK charts and it was the first of the band's releases to feature a photo of the band on the cover. The title track is, for many, the definitive Motörhead anthem and songs like "(We Are) The Road Crew" and "The Chase Is Better Than The Catch" are amongst their best work. The original vinyl editions of the album were available in black vinyl and gold vinyl pressings.

The USA pressing has the tracks in a different running order and some German pressings have side 'A' both sides.
