According to MOS:IDENTITY, such a man should be referred to using the gendered names and pronouns (e.g., "he", "his") that "reflect latest expressed gender self-identification." This applies in references to any phase of his life. If material violating this guideline is repeatedly inserted, or if there are other related issues, please report the issue to the WT:LGBT, or, in the case of living trans men, to WP:BLPN.
