The result was '''speedy delete'''. This is basically A7 with a slight twist; for the reasons Chaser explained, I find the "valedictorian" claim to be implausible. I'd usually not, however, shut down an AfD early, but in this case I think allowing a likely false claim inserted by someone who, to put it charitably, does not have anything close to a good track record, to be associated with the subject is highly inappropriate; any impression that the subject himself inserted the false claim would be extremely damaging to him, and this is even more important given the creator's chosen username. I'm doing this deletion explicitly under ]. ] (]) 04:10, 20 September 2012 (UTC) |

Mostly procedural nomination. Valedictorian at Harvard Law is enough of an assertion to notability that I'm not going to speedy this. But it's unusual such an achievement wouldn't be listed on someone's , and I've never heard of someone at a law school for an ]--often a one-year program--being declared the valedictorian. Any evidence of ]? Besides that, are the sources cited enough to satisfy our ]. I have no strong opinion yet. ] (]) 03:06, 20 September 2012 (UTC) |

*'''Note'''; I've blocked the author of the article for legal threats. His other comments at the talkpage don't appear to really address the issues raised by Chaser. ] (]) 03:10, 20 September 2012 (UTC) |
