Steven G. Kaplan and Rainstorm Entertainment are being sued for fraud in LA Superior Court for reportedly putting together phony investment deals and inducing investors with fake insurance guarantee contracts. Victims of Kaplan's investment scams are urged to contact legal counsel. (February 2013)
