Paris is hotel heiress Paris Hilton's upcoming debut album, being released on her own Heiress Records label, in association with Warner Music. The album is scheduled to be released in 2006.
Album Beginnings
While rumors of Hilton working with The Black Eyed Peas and Le Tigre on the album turned out to be untrue, the album will contain some production work from Lil Jon. JC Chasez has also been linked to the album, but later said that he had no plans on working with Hilton on her album. Scott Storch has written and produced much of the material with Hilton.
Hilton also enrolled Oscar-winning rap group Three 6 Mafia to produce and record tracks for the album. After working with Dr. Dre, Scott Storch, Fat Joe and Jadakiss, Hilton took the opportunity to arrange another collaboration after meeting the Tennessee trio at a recent party. Band member Jordan ‘Juicy J’ Houston says, "We ran into her at a William Morris Agency party and she said she liked our song Stay Fly and asked could we work with her. We let her listen to a dance track and she really liked it and plans to record it."
After several date changes, the album's release is now expected mid-September, 2006. Hilton appeared on The Ellen DeGeneres Show on May 1st, 2006 and confirmed the albums' name as Paris and the release scheduled for September, 2006.
HMV UK has the album tentatively scheduled for release in the UK on July 31st, 2006. HMV clearly state details are To Be Confirmed.
First Single
Screwed, which was originally aimed to be Hilton's first single, was the first of several songs leaked to the internet. The song was remixed by Alex G and this mix is often preferred to the radio rip which was leaked to the internet. When Hilton hired Storch to produce the album, Screwed was re-recorded.
The first single was later reported to be Turn It Up, and was previously set for release May 9th, 2006. However, the Amazon page originally claiming this now states December 31st, 2025, suggesting there is currently no confirmed release date for Turn It Up as a single.
Hilton shot the video for Stars Are Blind on May 24th, 2006. This is now expected to be her first single.

- Don't Touch It was previously posted on a fake Paris Hilton MySpace profile, and was thought to not actually be by Hilton herself. It has since been announced to be included on a white label R&B compilation album, performed by Hilton and produced by Storch. However, the fact that the album is white label, means they do not have the legal rights to the music. It is reported that Don't Touch It is actually a rough mix by UK artist Jennifer Ellison.
