Energetický a průmyslový holding, a.s. (EPH) is a long-term strategic Central European investor in the energy sector based in Prague, Czech Republic. The group's business lines include coal mining, gas, electricity and heat production and their distribution and sale to customers. EPH's shareholding structure is 44.44% PPF Group, 37.04% J&T and 18.52% Daniel Křetínský.
In May 2013 Électricité de France (EDF) confirmed that it would sell its 49 percent stake in Stredoslovenská energetika (SSE) to EPH for about 400 million €.
