Could you please explain this review? While the draft certainly wasn't ready for the mainspace, I wouldn't say NPOV was the worst problem (as opposed to a lack of coverage in reliable sources), and even if it had been, that's not grounds for blanking and speedy deletion. - The article is too short and the name of the article is like a username.
- The page name is a result of the fact that we already have a different draft at Misplaced Pages talk:Articles for creation/Josh T. Ryan; it was chosen by the previous reviewer, not the author.
