Not seeing the 2012 IPCC SREX report and the NOAA report, both of which caution against attribution of current extreme weather events to global warming, I've added a paragraph at the top of the section. I think that since that is the current consensus, it should be mentioned before the (obviously important) dissenting opinions.] (]) 15:50, 21 July 2013 (UTC)
