Kwon Ohkyeong posted this on the Talk Box of BYJ's official home. BYJ "Oops! My privacy...", affronted with exposure 3/8/06 7:26

Top star BYJ is suffering from bitter insult because his privacy including his family information, etc. is excessively exposed when his name was recently recorded on an internet encyclopedia. The Misplaced Pages, which is made bi-directionally by the internet users, is a 💕 being serviced in world's 200 languages including Korean.

The English edition of the Misplaced Pages introduced BYJ's nickname as 'Yon-sama' and evaluated him as the star of Asia who aroused explosive talks of conversation in Japan with hot wind of drama 'WLS' in 2002. It also introduces in detail that a strange phenomenon occurred in which 20% of Japanese people had watched the 'WLS' .

As it evaluated that with influence by BYJ & the 'WLS' where BYJ appears, the other Korean dramas and films are getting big popularity in Japan, it is paying tribute to status of BYJ, the front runner of the Korean Current. Being different from other actors, it even provides a separate corner called 'Fan Craze' and introduces the process by fans in Asian region including Japan had set out to learn Korean language because of BYJ.

The problem is the fact that worrying voices are coming out wondering if it goes beyond the public domain because the names of his father and mother and name of his sibling are revealed as they are in a corner of 'Early Life' which contains BYJ's course of growing. It even reveals name of BYJ's now-separated ex-girl friend in real name.

It is observed that in case of BYJ, because he is at the level of stars with very much smashing power, being different from other stars who are recorded in that encyclopedia, he is victimized by exposing even his privacy information besides basic items like birth year and date. In the Misplaced Pages, star-level entertainers like singer Bi, actress Choi Jiwoo & Song Hyegyo, etc, among domestic actors, are recorded.

However, in cases of these people, only brief contents are recorded similar to the information carried on domestic internet portal sites. Because of that, some of BYJ fans make worrisome voices, "Isn't there any way of deleting unnecessary information".
