CyberBerkut (Template:Lang-ru, Template:Lang-uk) — is a modern organized group of hacktivists. The group became known for a series of well-publicized publicity stunts and distributed denial-of-service (DDoS) attacks on government, and corporate websites.

Description

The prefix "cyber" probably means that the group works in the so-called cyberspace (the Internet) . The group emerged after the dissolution of special police force "Berkut". Composition is not known, for obvious reasons members of the community tend to remain anonymous. There are groups in social networks.

Proclaimed his goals as the fight against neo-fascism, neo-nationalism and arbitrary power in Ukraine. For example, they outlawedRight Sector” organization. Motto resembles that of the "Anonymous" group.
