Fyodor Dostoyevsky was a Russian novelist and one of the founders of existentialism. His important works include Notes from the Underground, Crime and Punishment, and The Brothers Karmazov.

This article should be merged with Dostoevsky once we're clear about what are the standard spellings for both names.

Well, actually, they're both approximations, so I guess put it at whichever is most popular and make the other a redirect.
