PBCOM Tower is the tallest building in the Philippines and the eighty-first tallest building in the world. It has a height of 259 meters, soaring at 52 storeys high plus an 8-level radio tower. The building is the home of the Philippine Bank of Communications, or PBCom, one of the oldest Philippine banks. The bank occupies the building's first ten floors, with a foodcourt on the seventh floor. It is also home to a competitor bank, East West Bank, which is based in the building's twentieth and twenty-first floors.
The building is located at 6795 Ayala Avenue corner V.A. Rufino Street in Makati City. The stretch of Ayala Avenue where PBCOM Tower lies also has branches of Metrobank, Bank of the Philippine Islands, Equitable PCI Bank, Export and Industry Bank, the Philippine subsidiary of United Overseas Bank, International Exchange Bank, and East West Bank. The building is also across from the main office of Union Bank of the Philippines.
