Victoria Dillard (born September 20, 1969 in New York, New York) is African-American actress who is perhaps best known for her co-starring as Janelle Cooper in the ABC sitcom Spin City. She stayed on the show for three seasons before leaving in 2000. Her other television credits include L.A. Law, Chicago Hope, Martin, Seinfeld, Star Trek: The Next Generation, Law & Order and among others.

She also co-starred with then future Spin City co-star Michael Boatman in the 1994 film The Glass Shield

She also played Betty Shabazz in the 2001 film Ali, and was a long-time girlfriend of actor Laurence Fishburne.
