Children of Men is the film adaptation of P.D. James' dystopian novel of the same name. It is directed by Alfonso Cuaron and stars Clive Owen, Julianne Moore and Michael Caine.

Plot outline

Children of Men envisions a world that has fallen into anarchy and violence, where a child hasn't been born for 18 years and humankind faces the likelihood of its extinction. In 2027, one of the world's youngest people, Kee, is found to be miraculously pregnant. A disillusioned ex-activist turned bureaucrat agrees to help transport and protect her to a sanctuary at sea - a desperate journey where he will face his demons and attempt to restore faith in the future of humanity.
