Information icon Hello, I'm NeilN. I noticed that you made a change to an article, Miss Universe 2016, but you didn't provide a reliable source. It's been removed and archived in the page history for now, but if you'd like to include a citation and re-add it, please do so! If you need guidance on referencing, please see the referencing for beginners tutorial, or if you think I made a mistake, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thank you. Miss Universe 2016

NeilN I noticed that the Miss Universe 2015 page is blocked so i decided to put Miss Universe 2016 as Miss Universe 2015 because i can't change the title. Adrian2526 (talk) 19:31, 23 July 2015 (UTC)

That is completely disruptive. The 2015 page was deleted and locked for a reason. Misplaced Pages:Articles for deletion/Miss Universe 2015 (2nd nomination) --NeilN 19:43, 23 July 2015 (UTC)

NeilN cant we just keep this page of Miss Universe 2016?

No. If you want to create a 2015 article, I suggest you use the Misplaced Pages:Articles for creation process to create a draft. Once it is deemed to be acceptable, with proper sources, it will be moved to the proper place. --NeilN 19:49, 23 July 2015 (UTC)

NeilN i already did

You just did. Can you please revert yourself on Miss Universe 2016? --NeilN 19:59, 23 July 2015 (UTC)

NeilN revert what

You've tried to put 2015 information in the 2016 article three times. I'm asking you to undo your edits here. --NeilN 20:06, 23 July 2015 (UTC)

NeilN The Miss Universe 2016 article is for the 2016 pageant not for the 2015 one.

No, the upcoming pageant will be for 2015. That's why we have Miss Universe 2014 but no Miss Universe 2015. --NeilN 20:11, 23 July 2015 (UTC)

July 2015

Please stop your disruptive editing, as you did at Miss Universe 2016. Your edits have been reverted or removed.

  • If you are engaged in an article content dispute with another editor, discuss the matter with the editor at their talk page, or the article's talk page. Alternatively you can read Misplaced Pages's dispute resolution page, and ask for independent help at one of the relevant notice boards.
  • If you are engaged in any other form of dispute that is not covered on the dispute resolution page, seek assistance at Misplaced Pages's Administrators' noticeboard/Incidents.

Do not continue to make edits that appear disruptive until the dispute is resolved through consensus. Continuing to edit disruptively may result in your being blocked from editing. NeilN 19:52, 23 July 2015 (UTC)

Information icon Hello and welcome to Misplaced Pages. When you add content to talk pages and Misplaced Pages pages that have open discussion (but never when editing articles), please be sure to sign your posts. There are two ways to do this. Either:

  1. Add four tildes ( ~~~~ ) at the end of your comment; or
  2. With the cursor positioned at the end of your comment, click on the signature button ( or ) located above the edit window.

This will automatically insert a signature with your username or IP address and the time you posted the comment. This information is necessary to allow other editors to easily see who wrote what and when.

Thank you. NeilN 20:14, 23 July 2015 (UTC)

Stop icon You may be blocked from editing without further warning the next time you disrupt Misplaced Pages, as you did at Miss World 2017. NeilN 20:24, 23 July 2015 (UTC)

NeilN how bad is that?
NeilN would you please let me edit my own stuff just leave me alone.
Please stop creating useless, empty articles. Miss World 2016 hasn't even happened yet. --NeilN 20:29, 23 July 2015 (UTC)
NeilN it can still inform people

Notice

Information icon There is currently a discussion at Misplaced Pages:Administrators' noticeboard/Incidents regarding an issue with which you may have been involved. The thread is Adrian2526 and article creation. Thank you. NeilN 20:41, 23 July 2015 (UTC)

Proposed deletion of Miss World 2017

The article Miss World 2017 has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

Nothing but an infobox. Any actual content would be crystal ball. As a result, useless article.

While all constructive contributions to Misplaced Pages are appreciated, content or articles may be deleted for any of several reasons.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.

Please consider improving the article to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}} will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. Speedy deletion nomination of Miss World 2017

If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.

You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.

Hello, and welcome to Misplaced Pages. This is a notice to inform you that a tag has been placed on Miss World 2017 requesting that it be speedily deleted from Misplaced Pages. This has been done under section A3 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because it is an article with no content whatsoever, or whose contents consist only of external links, a "See also" section, book references, category tags, template tags, interwiki links, images, a rephrasing of the title, a question that should have been asked at the help or reference desks, or an attempt to contact the subject of the article. Please see Misplaced Pages:Stub for our minimum information standards for short articles. Also please note that articles must be on notable subjects and should provide references to reliable sources that verify their content.

If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Click here to contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be removed without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Misplaced Pages's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, and you wish to retrieve the deleted material for future reference or improvement, then please contact the deleting administrator, or if you have already done so, you can place a request here. ...William 21:12, 23 July 2015 (UTC)

You currently appear to be engaged in an edit war according to the reverts you have made on Miss World 2017. Users are expected to collaborate with others, to avoid editing disruptively, and to try to reach a consensus rather than repeatedly undoing other users' edits once it is known that there is a disagreement.

Please be particularly aware that Misplaced Pages's policy on edit warring states:

  1. Edit warring is disruptive regardless of how many reverts you have made.
  2. Do not edit war even if you believe you are right.

If you find yourself in an editing dispute, use the article's talk page to discuss controversial changes; work towards a version that represents consensus among editors. You can post a request for help at an appropriate noticeboard or seek dispute resolution. In some cases it may be appropriate to request temporary page protection. If you engage in an edit war, you may be blocked from editing. Robert McClenon (talk) 15:08, 25 July 2015 (UTC)

Stop icon You may be blocked from editing without further warning the next time you add unsourced material to Misplaced Pages, as you did at Miss World 2015. Adding sources is not optional NeilN 21:48, 25 July 2015 (UTC)

Proposed deletion of Miss World Universe Editions/Titleholders

The article Miss World Universe Editions/Titleholders has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

This appears to be a list of locations and winners for a competition for which Misplaced Pages has no article. This is not a List of Miss World winners nor is it a list of Miss Universe winners. What it is exactly is unclear.

Velella    22:04, 27 July 2015 (UTC)
