Amity Business School is a leading private business school in India offering management programs at graduate, post graduate and doctoral levels. It is part of Amity University and affiliated to UGC India. In 2011, the school was ranked 13 by Outlook magazine in the ranking of best B-schools in India, 4 by Business Today and 21 by Zee Business. Forbes ranked Amity Business School at 35 Worldwide. Amity Business Schools are located at all campuses of Amity University and are classified as prestigious b-schools in India. The degrees, diplomas and certificates provided by Amity Business School is said to be very valuable and is recognised Worldwide.

History

Amity Business School was first set up in 1990 by the Ritnand Balved Education Foundation. It was then affiliated to Delhi University and was ranked amongst 'Top 10 B-Schools in India'. While under Delhi University, it was one of the most prestigious colleges. In 2003, the same foundation was awarded for founding the reputed Amity University which is known to be India's Best Private University. Amity Business School changed its affiliation voluntarily to Amity University. After being affiliated to Amity University, the school is now counted among the best schools of the World. Currently, there are around 25 Amity Business Schools in the World situated in Amity Universities Worldwide.

Today, if Amity University is ranked no. 1 Private University of India, it is just because of Amity Business School. Amity Business School is a seed for Amity Universities across the World for giving rise to other schools under it. Currently, it is ranked #5 by India Today, #35 Worldwide by Forbes and it has other recognitions, awards and rankings to its credit.

In 2011, the school was ranked 44 by Outlook magazine in the ranking of best B-schools in India, 41 by Business Today and 21 by Zee Business News.

In 2015, Amity Business School under Amity University Kolkata has been ranked 13 in India and 63 in the World. Amity Business School under Amity University Jaipur has been ranked 5 in India and 45 in the World. The one under Noida has been ranked no. 1 in India and 19 in the World. All Amity Business Schools have been ranked except the one under Amity University London.
