Naha (那覇市; -shi) is the capital city of 沖縄県 Okinawa prefecture (Okinawan Uchinā) in Japan.
As of 2003, the city has an estimated population of 307,090 and the density of 7,878.14 persons per km². The total area is 38.98 km².
Shuri Castle is an important gusuku in Naha.
The city was founded on May 20, 1921.
