Nathan "Nate" Rothacker is an American drummer best known for his role in Trainwreck as "Dallas St. Bernard". He has also performed in The Kyle Gass Band and has worked as numerous roles both on and off-stage for Tenacious D.

Career

Rothacker is friends of John Konesky and John Spiker so subsequently was chosen as the drummer for Trainwreck after Kevin Weisman's departure. Whilst with the band he recorded one single, one EP and one album, The Wreckoning. Due to his work with Trainwreck, he would go on to work as a drum tech and would accompany JR Reed during "Car Chase City" for Tenacious D's The Pick of Destiny tour. This lead Rothacker to play for them at Bonnaroo Music Festival in 2010. In 2011, after the demise of Trainwreck, Rothacker would go on to play for The Kyle Gass Band up until leaving in 2013. In 2015, Rothacker's car used on The Pick of Destiny tour was auctioned off to raise funds for the Sweet Stuff Foundation.
