Grandaddy Purple refers to a Indica mix of Purple Urkle and Big Bud. The origins of this strain come from California in 2003. Introduced and grown by cannabis entrepreneur Ken Estes for his Grand Daddy Purp Collective. This strain is known for its uniquely dark purple flowers and snowing of white trichomes. Its flavor is a very intense sweet berry with equally intense aroma. This strain is very effective for delivering strong psychoactive effects. Medically, this strain is ideal for stress, pain, depression and insomnia leaving the user feeling a heavy tiredness.
