Not notable. Pastor at a church, and books of unknown/questionable publishing. This was nominated before in Jan. 2005, but was never closed. Someone seriously tamperred with the AfD process in and it was never closed or debated, view Misplaced Pages:Articles for deletion/Andy Stanley for details.
