Touch Surgery is a London and New York City-based health technology app and trading name for the company Kinosis LTD. The company was co-founded by Advait Gandhe, Jean Nehme, Andre Chow, and Sanjay Purkayastha in 2011. The Touch Surgery mobile app is a mobile surgical training platform designed to simulate surgical procedures. As of August 2014, The Touch Surgery mobile app included surgical instructions for about 50 surgical procedures. As of 2014 the company claimed patients make about forty percent of the app's downloads. In August 2016 Touch partnered with Ethicon Inc. to provide training for General Surgery Procedures and Ethicon's surgical products.
