1. Kww (talk · contribs)'s administrator permissions are revoked. He may regain the tools at any time through a successful request for adminship

2. Kww (talk · contribs)'s edit filter manager permission is revoked. He may only regain them by appealing this remedy after 12 months to the Arbitration Committee.

3. The community is encouraged to establish a policy or guideline for the use of edit filters, and a process by which existing and proposed edit filters may be judged against these.

@Canadian Paul: - no problem. I initially thought it was just someone with good-faith edits assuming the subjects were still 100% alive. Didn't know it was a wider problem! On a related note, I've had my own IP vandals in the past. If it continues, then a rangeblock for a few weeks should help. Lugnuts 07:26, 3 April 2017 (UTC)

I saw your comment on Misplaced Pages:Articles for deletion/2017 Paris machete attack and thought it was a good laugh, so I used it on Misplaced Pages:Articles for deletion/2017 Jerusalem Light Rail stabbing. I immediately got admonished for it because it was extremely inappropriate. To that end, I'm going to warn you not to do that either, seeing as there wasn't any warning against you for that comment.
