The City Island Bridge is a fixed bridge in the Bronx in New York City. It is the only connection between City Island and the mainland Bronx. It is a steel bridge with much wrought iron decoration. Local residents sometimes call the body of water that the City Island Bridge crosses "The City Island Channel" which connects the northeasten Eastchester Bay with Southwestern Pelham Bay in Long Island Sound.
