I was initially going to post this as an SPI for one of these users, but considering the collusion I see between many of them as well as past reports, I'd like for someone with more powerful tools than my eyes to look at all these accounts together for evidence of sock and meatpuppetry.
What links these users is that they all tend to be jingoistic Indian editors who are keen on India–Pakistan articles. Within Indian articles, they tend to be right-wing, pro-Hindu, and anti-Islam in their stance. While Pakistani sockers and Indian sockers (in my limited experience) tend to keep an eye on each other and cancel out, it hasn't happened here possibly because this mob is a little more sophisticated than usual or are a meat farm. Capitals00 and D4iNa4 are both known sockmasters. , D4iNa4 used open proxies from around the world when he was socking. That needs to be taken into consideration as well when looking into this.
I should also note that suspicions of sockpuppetry and meatpuppetry have been raised against a number of the other users many times in the past. Most of them tend to be talk page warriors who contribute little else to the project. They also have a tendency to nominate articles that go against their agenda up for deletion and instigate SPIs with some regularity. The latter, however, is understandable given the prolific socking by Pakistani editors as well. But it is a data point.

=====Raymond3023 and Capitals00=====
Raymond3023 exhibits grammatical tics in his edits that, to me, were reminiscent of the kind of errors that I'd seen Capitals00 make in my limited interaction with him. All and sundry consider Qualitist to be suspicious. A "new" editor, his first edit was on 18th October yet he is intimately familiar with WP jargon, guidelines and policies. I have listed here because of 3 separate reports (27 November 2015, 13 December 2016, and 12 May 2017) about him being a sock of Capitals00 as well as Rzvas. The sock who created the SPI also , {{tq|Now he has admitted that his account must have shared IP address with Rzvas account. See }}. That link is, however, inaccessible to me. =====Raymond3023, Capitals00, Lorstaking, and MBlaze Lightning=====
The ], the site of Capitals00/Raymond3023's misstep noted earlier is also interesting as an instance of meat-puppetry. I have no idea why these guys became interested in this article. Going by the lists that the afd was reported in, my guess would be that it might have had something to do with atheism and/or criticism of Hinduism. But that would really be a stretch and is not in keeping with the usual interests of any of these guys leave alone 4 of them. In any event,

# May 10: Lorstaking adds a delete vote.

You can see this modus operandi in action in a number of discussions involving the editors listed here. To me, it looks very dodgy and suggestive of meat-puppetry.

Raymond3023 and Capitals00
Raymond3023 exhibits grammatical tics in his edits that, to me, were reminiscent of the kind of errors that I'd seen Capitals00 make in my limited interaction with him. Qualitist and Raymond3023
All and sundry consider Qualitist to be suspicious. A "new" editor, his first edit was on 18th October yet he is intimately familiar with WP jargon, guidelines and policies. He initially tried (too hard) to masquerade as a non-Indian user, but soon reverted to type. His oeuvre now includes a deletion request for Pakistan administered Kashmir which is a typical edit for this mob. Anyhow,
- The Jaggi Vasudev RM began in late October. Raymond3023 became involved with it on October 26.

- A lot of the discussion centres around the honorific nature of the title "Sadhguru" (title of Jaggi Vasudev) and the uniqueness of Sadhguru vs. the more mainstream spelling of Sadguru. I list other articles on Misplaced Pages amd elsewhere of subjects titled "Sadguru" and "Sadhguru" on October 26.
- Qualitist, in his 13th ever edit, edits Brahmarishi Hussain Sha on November 4 and removes the term Sadhguru. The article has had around 60 edits in toto since its creation in 2007. It has not had any content changes in over 2 years when he edits it.
- (Incidentally, on November 3, Capitals00 CSD'd one of the articles I listed in my edit. He was also involved in a revert on the Jaggi talk page and handed me a DS alert.)
- Raymond was also involved in a BLP discussion about the death of Jaggi's wife starting November 15. Outnumbered, Qualitist enters the fray to support his side. A few minutes after his edit, Raymond "concurs" with him. This is the typical tag-teaming that has led to multiple SPI reports against these guys. As with Raymond, Qualitist also suffers from grammar issues here.
- Similarly, Raymond and Qualitist tag-team DBigXray in the Adiyogi Statue discussion.
Qualitist and Rzvas
I first encountered Rzvas at Statue of Unity over a content dispute regarding the title of a section about well-publicised criticism of the monument. This occurred around Nov 10 and settled down for the next few days. By Nov 16, the same day that Qualitist began his participation over at Jaggi Vasudev, he waded into the Statue of Unity article by removing all criticism of the monument. Rzvas and Qualitist subsequently tag-team Anna Frodesiak in a manner typical of these guys.
Qualitist, Rzvas, Lorstaking, and Raymond3023
Rzvas had not, to my knowledge, involved himself with the Jaggi Vasudev RM. This changed when the RM came up for a move review. The move review was mooted by Qualitist himself on November 27. The Raymond3023 account had gone into a semi-dormant state at this point as had Capitals00, and Qualitist was a seemingly disinterested 3rd party who had not taken part in the RM. Other seemingly neutral parties were Rzvas and Lorstaking.
- Nov 27: MR opened by Qualitist opposing the move.
- Nov 28: Opposing vote by Rzvas
- Dec 2: I add an endorse vote
- Couple of hours later: Rzvas hats my vote
- A few hours later: Lorstaking adds his oppose vote
- 20 minutes later: DBigXray (also an endorser), removes the hat.
- 10 minutes later: Lorstaking re-adds hat.
- 4 minutes later: DBigXray reverts Lorstaking.
- 4 minutes later: Qualitist reverts DBigXray.
- 4 minutes later: DbigXray adds a note about the tag-teaming.
- 17 minutes later: Rzvas replies to DBigXray and accidentally deletes the entire discussion.
- 1 minute later, Qualitist reverts Rzvas' erroneous edit sans edit summary
- 1 minute later, Rzvas re-adds his reply correctly.

The David G. McAfee Afd, the site of Capitals00/Raymond3023's misstep noted earlier is also interesting as an instance of meat-puppetry.
