Two new accounts, used for same purpose of creating suspicion and claims to be editing wikipedia for years of years.
Both start their userpage by claiming they are not new editors..
DraculatheDragon is a suspicious account that claims himself to be a sock of a "6 years" old account. While Act345 claims he is "4 years" old account.
DraculatheDragon claims "I don't remember any password of any account." (whole discussion:User talk:Boing! said Zebedee/Archive 31#Want to be unblocked)
Act345 claims "can't remember anything (user & pass, edits ) to disclose from my old account".
I see no difference.
Act345, like DraculatheDragon, has been hounding my contributions as he nominated a very notable article I created to AFD] and left a COI template on my talk page. And DraculatheDragon has today reactivated his account after over 75 days to vote-stack on a discussion where I have participated enough. Accesscrawl (talk) 12:03, 31 July 2018 (UTC)
