Florin Court
Hi. It just isn't that big a deal. One flat had a fire, it caused some damage, they fixed it, it was years ago. How can you think it is notable enough to put in the article? I know it seemed a big deal at the time – I worked there, I saw the aftermath the next day and in the months afterwards – but we are six years on now and the lasting effect is absolutely zero, rendering it an irrelevant footnote.
