Tom Leith was an American football and basketball coach. He was the head football coach at Adrian College in Adrian, Michigan for twp seasons, from 1911 to 1912, compiling a record of 12–4. Leith was also the head basketball coach at Adrian from 1911 to 1913, tallying a mark of 4–9.
