Wang Youcai is a Chinese activist. He was in jail, but he has been released into the U.S.. He is an organiser of the China Democracy Party which is banned by the Chinese government. In December 1999 the Chinese government sentenced him to 11 years in prison for subversion.

He is one of the members of the Chinese Constitutional Democratic Transition Research and one of the members of the Coordinative Service Platform of China Democracy Party .
