Is it possible to upload SVG files, and have wiki automatically convert it on the fly to png? If so how do I do this, when I tried to upload an SVG it said it was not a recommended format, I did not see a way to force it to go. I noticed in the uploaded files area you have a couple that are .svg.png. --] 06:38, 3 January 2007 (UTC) | Is it possible to upload SVG files, and have wiki automatically convert it on the fly to png? Welcome
Hello, Hrisforu, and welcome to Misplaced Pages! I am Deepu Joseph (a.k.a. thunderboltz). Thank you for your contributions. I hope you like the place and decide to stay. Here are a few good links for newcomers:
- The five pillars of Misplaced Pages
- If you need help, post a question at the Help Desk or ask me on my talk page.
- Sign your posts on talk pages using four tildes (~~~~).
- Provide an Edit summary
- Take a look at Consensus of standards. It is always wise to read the talk page of an existing article before making major changes on it. Even then, I typically ask if anyone minds that I make a change. Very often they do! ;-)

Swaralaya Kairali Yesudas award
Hello! The article has been removed from the deletion list. But like Tintin1107 (talk · contribs) said (see here), you have to convince people that the particular article is relevant. As Misplaced Pages receives hundreds of non-notable articles daily, it is important to ascertain the relevance of an article. Dont worry too much about it. Just keep in mind that while creating new pages, always see that the matter under discussion is sufficiently important and deserves (by your opinion) a page for itself on wikipedia.
Cheers, and all the best with the great editing you've been doing lately!-- thunderboltz19:07, 11 August 2006 (UTC)
Concert/Album by Yesudas
Dear Hris , I saw some one added this article for deletion. Concerts by Dr. K. J. Yesudas I don't know why ? what ever be if any find any neutrality problem please correct it instead of deletion. This is not an advertisement of Music company This is only who would like to listen the album's of Yesudas. I never support for this deletion.

Fair use rationale for Image:Vcdcover_jesudas.JPG
Thanks for uploading or contributing to Image:Vcdcover_jesudas.JPG. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in Misplaced Pages articles constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use. Suggestions on how to do so can be found here.
Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale. Using one of the templates at Misplaced Pages:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to insure that your image is in compliance with Misplaced Pages policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.
If you have uploaded other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on those pages too. You can find a list of 'image' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Misplaced Pages page when you are logged in), and then selecting "Image" from the dropdown box. Note that any fair use images uploaded after 4 May, 2006, and lacking such an explanation will be deleted one week after they have been uploaded, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you. ShakespeareFan00 19:54, 22 June 2007 (UTC)
