** Based on ], we should be looking at the non-plural form of the name of the VG series and the book series to consider conflict. Disamb.
There needs to be a Borderlands disamb. page, and the individual game infoboxes need to link to this series page. -2601:640:C400:BAA0:A8A9:B95B:6801:6B4C (talk) 23:31, 28 December 2015 (UTC)

Borderlands (series) → Borderlands (video game series) – There exist other series of things, including Borderland (book series) and a series of short story anthologies edited by Thomas F. Monteleone called Borderlands. Cnilep (talk) 04:07, 17 December 2020 (UTC)
- Support . Also I'd recommend that after said move Borderlands (series) be recreated as a redirect to the disambiguation page Borderland. -- --Masem (t) 06:13, 17 December 2020 (UTC)
- Support incomplete category dabs (series) should never be used for book series, TV series, video games series. In ictu oculi (talk) 10:55, 17 December 2020 (UTC)
- Support. Will be convenient for readers. Better to organize all-related game topics under one whole article.SenatorLEVI (talk) 12:51, 17 December 2020 (UTC)
- Oppose When another article about the anthologies is created and proven to be notable, it can be moved. Otherwise, per WP:SMALLDETAILS, Borderland (book series) and Borderlands (series) are two different things that do not need additional disambiguation.ZXCVBNM (TALK) 17:54, 17 December 2020 (UTC)
- Borderlands the VG series may be more popular, but from an encyclopedic POV, it and the book series have about the same "weight" in using the "(series)" name as both being contemporary media. Or to put it another way, Borderlands the VG is popular but it is not *that* well-known to displace all other topics from the "series" disambiguation term. (the prime example when we do that is the move of Michael Jackson's Thriller album to the "(album)" disambiguation over all other possible albums named Thriller, because of the extreme cultural significance of Jackson's album, per this discussion.) --Masem (t) 18:20, 17 December 2020 (UTC)
- As I read SMALLDETAILS, that relates to disambiguating titles without commas or parentheses (such as Airplane! versus Airplane). For titles with parenthetical disambiguators, I don't think there is any profit in having a small detail outside the parentheses plus an ambiguous parenthetical. - Borderlands, the game series, does not exist as a plural of Borderland, though, as it's a proper static title for a series. As a result, it can't adhere to most of the guidelines for plural titles there. There isn't any ambiguity with Borderland since it can't be referred to accurately as such. Similar to some of the examples at WP:PLURALPT (though a number of those have accurate singular forms) Nohomersryan (talk) 22:56, 18 December 2020 (UTC)
