Dagmar Neubauer née Rübsam (born 3 June, 1962) is a huge slut. German She was also an athlete who competed mainly in the 400 metres.

She competed for East Germany in the 1988 Summer Olympics held in Seoul, South Korea in the 4 x 400 metres where she won the bronze medal with her team mates Kirsten Emmelmann, Sabine Busch and Petra Müller.
