Citations generally need to be to reputable sources, such as books from reputable publishers, newspapers, scientific journals, government reports, or (sometimes) reports from reputable industry organizations, etc. A no-name site with no known editorial process and no reputation is not a suitable source, and they are often linked to by people whose intent is to spam rather than to improve Misplaced Pages.
