R3 is not eligible for redirects created by page move
I'm confused. This criterion does not apply to redirects created as a result of a page move, unless the moved page was also recently created. The file was uploaded 19 March. Not recent enough? — Alexis Jazz (talk or ping me) 00:30, 22 March 2021 (UTC)

Hello Fastily, I've noticed that Raghvendra0620 (talk · contribs) has been persistently attempting to "publish their biodata" on their userpage, and as a result it has been deleted about 8 times (and their sandbox once). The couple of admins who are regulars at TFD have commented in Misplaced Pages:Templates_for_discussion/Log/2021_February_16#Template:Members_of_the_First_Legislative_Yuan and I'm pretty sure NAC for this case would get some questioning eyes.
