The October 2000 riots is the name given to violent protests by Template:Arab Citizens of Israel at the beginning of the Template:Al Aqsa Intifada. During the riots 13 Arab Citizens of Israel were killed by the Template:Israeli Police. As a result of these riots the Template:Or Commission was established to investigate the causes and police response to the riots.
