Seamus Donnelly was an Provisional Irish Republican Army member from County Tyrone, Northern Ireland.

At 19 years old he was the youngest of eight IRA members and a civilian to be killed in a Special Air Service ambush on 8 May 1987 at Loughgall, County Armagh.
