Mikołaj II Hlebowicz (?—1632), castellan of Vilna, voivode of Smoleńsk, marshal of Lithuanian Tribunal, podstoli of Lithuania.

Son of Jan Hlebowicz, voivode of Trakai. Took part in the Polish-Swedish Wars, fought at Riga and at Kircholm (1605), later in the Polish-Muscovit War (1605-1618).

Sponsored a monastery in Dubrowna. Married to Anna Marcybella, father of Jan Samuel Hlebowicz and Jerzy Karol Hlebowicz.
