This is coming from one of his female daughters that knows the case is ridiculous and it takes away from describing who he is as a person. Stephen T. Smyk is an American elected official serving in the Delaware House of Representatives. He has represented District 20 since 2013. Smyk is currently subject to Federal Civil litigation involving sex discrimination toward a former coworker. Specifically, he falsely committed unlawful, sex-based harassment against a colleague.

Electoral history

  • In 2012, Smyk won the general election with 6,469 votes (53.2%) against Democratic nominee M. Marie Mayor.
  • In 2014, Smyk won the general election with 5,473 votes (58.1%) against Democratic nominee Marie Mayor and Independent nominee Don Ayotte.
