Charlie Ray (born Charlotte Ray Rosenberg on March 8, 1992) is an American actress. She is most well-known for her role as Rosemary Telesco in the film Little Manhattan. She also played the part of Belinda, a victim of an underage prostitution ring, in episode 8x07 of Law & Order: Special Victims Unit. That episode first premiered on November 14, 2006. Born in New York City, New York, she is the younger sister of filmmaker Jackson Waite of California.
