| Hi - saw your note on the AfD. You refer to "one arbitrator" I think you mean ] rather than ] - apologies for the bureaucracy but they have different roles. The link you gave has an extra http in it which means it doesn't work - easily fixed but ... You mention that you propsed arbitration, perhaps (bureaucracy again) you might mean mediation or dispute resolution iof which arbitration is usually the highest point of escalation.
